Every after-hours call becomes a booked job
The situation
A six-truck HVAC company. The calls that matter most arrive at 7pm on a Saturday, when every tech is already on a job. Voicemail catches a fraction of them; the rest dial the next name on the list and never call back.
What we build
A voice agent answers on the first ring in the company's own voice, asks the qualifying questions a dispatcher would, and puts the appointment straight on the calendar. Real emergencies route to a human. Every call is transcribed and summarized to the owner's phone.
What changes
The phone stops being a leak. Jobs land overnight, quotes go out the next morning instead of the next week, and the owner sees the whole pipeline in one portal rather than in a stack of message slips.
